I’m Chris Counter, a Design Manager at Independence Blue Cross from England who currently resides in Cherry Hill NJ. Over the past two decades, I’ve led creative efforts across digital, print, TV, and live events, and I’ve learned that the best creative leaders are the ones who show up when things get messy. This past year alone, I’ve stepped in multiple times to salvage or completely reimagine campaigns after agencies missed the mark, often without support, often on deadline, and always with the end goal in mind. That’s what I bring to the table: strategic vision, executional muscle, and a steady hand when the pressure’s on.
