I led the design of the Independence Blue Cross Foundation website, shaping the digital experience from initial concept through launch. My role involved developing the overall look and feel, ensuring the site visually reflected the Foundation’s mission while delivering a clear, user-friendly experience.
Working closely with UI designers as well as front-end and back-end developers, I collaborated across disciplines to translate the visual vision into a fully functional, responsive site. I provided design direction, created detailed mockups, and partnered on user flows to ensure a seamless blend of form and function. The result was a modern, accessible website that effectively communicates the Foundation’s work and impact, while elevating its presence within the broader community.
