This interactive touchscreen kiosk—designed and led by me—was the first of its kind developed at IBX, marking an exciting step forward in our approach to digital engagement. Strategically placed in the Philadelphia International Airport, the kiosk was created to promote wellness and encourage healthy behaviors among travelers in an accessible, user-friendly format.
The experience featured a step counter, a symptom checker, and a library of short, informative health videos—each designed to offer value in a quick, on-the-go environment. I was responsible for the overall design and user interface, creating a clean, intuitive layout that invited exploration while aligning with IBX’s brand standards. Working cross-functionally with developers and health content teams, I ensured the experience was both visually engaging and technically seamless.
